We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Head of Operations to lead and streamline end-to-end project execution across networking and audio-visual (AV) domains.

This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless project delivery, and acting as a strategic right hand to the leadership teamcapable of independently managing teams, clients, and crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end execution of projects in Networking and/or AV systems
- Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency
- Drive operational processes and bring structure to execution

2. BOQ & Technical Oversight

- Review, validate, and optimize BOQs (Bills of Quantity)
- Identify discrepancies, cost leakages, and technical gaps
- Ensure accurate estimation and alignment with project scope

3. Team Leadership & Governance

- Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams
- Bring discipline, accountability, and ownership culture
- Ensure smooth coordination between site, office, and management

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a primary interface for key clients
- Handle escalations, negotiations, and relationship management
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication

5. Decision-Making & Crisis Management

- Take ownership of critical decisions under pressure




- Anticipate risks and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Act as a problem-solver and stabilizing force for the organization

6. Capability Building

- Train and mentor team members on technical and operational aspects
- Build internal capabilities in networking / AV systems
- Strengthen execution bandwidth of the organization

Key Requirements

Experience

- 10–15 years of hands-on experience in:
- Networking systems OR
- Audio-Visual (AV) systems

- Proven track record in project execution / operations leadership

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- Networking infrastructure OR AV systems

- Deep understanding of:

- BOQ preparation and validation
- System design and implementation

Leadership Skills

- Robust team handling with authority and maturity
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to take independent decisions
