About Us

Norton Interiors is building a premium interior solutions company specializing in luxury villas, apartments, and boutique residential developments. We have our own furniture manufacturing facility and import premium hardware, decorative surfaces, lighting, and interior materials from international suppliers.

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead the complete interior design of an 81-villa luxury development and clubhouse in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Develop complete interior concepts for luxury villas and clubhouse.

Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.

Produce detailed working drawings for wardrobes, kitchens, TV units, wall paneling, vanities, bars, furniture, false ceilings, and lighting.

Coordinate with our furniture factory for production drawings.

Work closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and site execution teams.

Visit project sites to ensure design quality and timely execution.

Select finishes, laminates, veneers, fabrics, lighting, sanitaryware, and accessories.

Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and cost.

Ensure premium quality comparable to leading luxury developers.





Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

8–15 years of experience in residential interior design.

Experience in villas, luxury residences, or premium apartments is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of modular furniture detailing.

Excellent understanding of materials, hardware, lighting, and finishes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar visualization software is preferred.

Ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Strong communication and team coordination skills.
