- Achieve sales targets as per the plan.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Build solid relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities.
- Track competitors' strategies and activities and share updates with the Head Office.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Manage and guide TSI, SR, and the sales team.
- Provide after-sales support.
