About the Role

Be the on-ground connect between Tata 1mg's GLP-1 & Metabolic Health Program and the medical community. Structured like a pharma medical representative role visit doctors, build relationships, and drive adoption of GLP-1 therapies in your city.

Key Responsibilities

- Map and build a database of endocrinologists, diabetologists, and obesity specialists in your territory
- Conduct 8–10 daily doctor visits (detailing calls) to introduce the program
- Onboard interested doctors/clinics onto the Tata 1mg platform
- Organise CME sessions and engagement activities
- Log visits in CRM daily; submit weekly performance reports

Who We're Looking For

- B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management graduates (freshers or up to 1 yr experience)
- Strong communication in English + regional language
- Comfortable with daily field travel
- Self-driven and target-oriented
