Role Summary

We are looking for an Administration Apprentice to support the Corporate Administration team in managing administrative operations for HealthKart retail stores across India. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors,



and field teams to ensure smooth store maintenance and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for retail stores across India.
- Track maintenance of ACs, CCTV, lighting, signage, branding boards, fire alarms, and other store infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for installations, repairs, and AMC-related activities.
- Verify vendor invoices and billing documents before processing.
- Liaise with ASMs, TSMs, and other stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and MIS related to store administration.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities and ad hoc assignments.

Eligibility

- Graduate or final-year student (any discipline).
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
