Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end executive search mandates within the Private Banking & Wealth Management sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong recruitment expertise with exceptional stakeholder management, market mapping capabilities, and team leadership to consistently deliver high-quality talent.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute with speed, and build lasting relationships with clients and senior banking professionals.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Office, and Financial Services clients.
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored search strategies.
- Identify, engage, and assess high-quality candidates through market mapping, networking, referrals, and research.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed assessment notes.
- Drive interview coordination, offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

- Build solid relationships with existing clients and become a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Understand organizational structures, hiring priorities, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular updates on search progress and market intelligence.
- Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive communication and consultative engagement.





- Continuously map the Private Banking & Wealth Management ecosystem.
- Track leadership movements, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and organizational structures.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality passive candidates.
- Develop market insights that add value beyond recruitment.

- Mentor and guide recruitment consultants and researchers.
- Allocate mandates effectively and monitor delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI, Executive Search, or Financial Services hiring.
- Experience managing leadership or niche hiring assignments.
- Prior exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, NBFC, or Banking recruitment is highly preferred.
