Role & responsibilities

The role is primarily responsible for operation & maintenance of Utility C&I; (Including commissioning). He/she will be responsible for execution, testing & commissioning of C&I; packages as per approved specifications, time, cost and adhering safety norms in full during project phase / expansion.

Preferred candidate profile

- Installation and commissioning of FMCS, Fire Alarm, PA, Gas Suppression and Plant Life Safety systems.
- Operate and maintain FMCS, Fire Alarm, PA, Gas Suppression and Plant Life Safety systems.
- Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain PLC, SCADA, HMI, FMCS controllers and field instrumentation. ( Preferably -Siemens control system experience)
- Maintain clean agent gas suppression and fire detection systems.
- Inspect, test and calibrate field instruments and detectors.
- Integrate FMCS with HVAC, cleanroom, chillers, compressed air and utilities.
- Support commissioning, FAT/SAT and expansion projects.
- Maintain SOPs, CMMS records and calibration reports.
- Perform RCA and implement CAPA.

Ensure statutory compliance, emergency preparedness and energy improvements.
