- Lead the architectural design and planning of residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Review and approve architectural plans, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, NBC standards, and statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure design compliance.
- Review consultant drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Optimize project designs for functionality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare design presentations and coordinate with management for approvals.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and drafting teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
