- Account Acquisition: Source new savings and current accounts from individuals, small businesses, and local corporate salary programs within the branch catchment area.
- Field Sales & Marketing: Travel locally on a daily basis to conduct micro-marketing activities, set up stalls, and meet potential customers at their business spaces.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional banking products like credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and fixed deposits to recent and existing account holders.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect and verify clean KYC documents, adhere to anti-money laundering regulations, and log all daily client interactions into the bank's CRM.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate) in any stream.
- Offered CTC: 3 LPA-5.50 LPA
- Experience: Min 1 Year (Fresher also can apply)
- Skills: Strong local language communication, resilience in handling field sales targets, and basic relationship-building abilities.
