The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, customer-oriented, and capable of building long-term business relationships. Since our products are premium and require consultative selling, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of trust, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional in customer interactions.
- Willing to travel extensively for customer meetings and field visits.
- Fluency in Gujarati is essential; Kathiyawadi speaking candidates will be given preference.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery or the textile/embroidery industry will be an added advantage.
