Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Trend Research

- Research global denim fashion trends, colors, washes, fits, and trims.
- Read and understand seasonal mood boards and inspiration concepts.

2. Design Development

- Create recent denim styles such as jeans, jackets, skirts, dresses, shorts, jumpsuits, and cargos.
- Develop sketches and technical drawings.
- Create seasonal collections based on buyer or market needs.

3. Sampling Coordination

- Coordinate with pattern masters and sample room.
- Review prototype, fit, and salesman samples.
- Suggest improvements before buyer presentation.

4. Documentation

- Maintain design records, seasonal collections, fabric libraries, and sample archives.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with

- Pattern Making





- Sampling

- Fabric Sourcing

- Laundry/Wash Department

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in fashion designing or related field (freshers welcome).

Strong understanding of apparel industry practices and processes.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Proficiency in creating digital sketches using software such as Corel Draw or Illustrator. Must have knowledge of CLO & other designing tools

Must be a Nift or Pearl candidate .
