Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers who want to build a career in fashion merchandising. The intern will work closely with the design, sourcing, sampling, production, and quality teams and gain practical exposure to the complete garment development and production process.

Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in coordinating with the design, sourcing, sampling, and production teams for ongoing styles and orders.

- Support the preparation and maintenance of tech packs, costing sheets, sample trackers, order sheets, and production reports.
- Follow up on fabrics, trims, samples, approvals, production status, and delivery timelines.
- Help maintain records of buyer comments, sample submissions, fabric approvals, and style-related documentation.
- Assist the merchandising team in day-to-day vendor coordination, quality follow-ups, and order execution.

Skills Required 1. Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fashion terminology, and apparel production.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace. Eligibility 1. Fresh graduates from Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Textile Design, or related courses.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in merchandising or garment production will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable working six days a week.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram may apply.
