Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves engaging with customers in-store, understanding their preferences and occasion needs, and recommending outfits and accessories that align with Tasva’s aesthetic and the customer’s personal style.

The Fashion

Consultant will provide styling guidance on fits, colors, fabrics, and combinations, while maintaining deep product knowledge across collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering attentive customer service, achieving sales targets,



managing visual merchandising standards, and supporting trial-room and billing operations. The role also includes staying informed about fashion trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with the store team to ensure an elevated and inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

Robust product knowledge and understanding of Indian ethnic and fusion menswear, including fabrics, fits, and styling options.

Proficiency in fashion consulting and personal styling, with the ability to tailor recommendations to diverse body types, tastes, and occasions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, explain styling choices clearly, and engage customers confidently.

Customer service and sales skills, including handling queries, managing objections, and supporting the achievement of store sales targets.

Ability to work on-site in a retail environment, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with a focus on professionalism and reliability.

Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury/occasion wear is preferred.

Basic computer literacy for billing, inventory systems, and reporting.

Formal education in fashion, design, retail management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
