Role Description This full time, on-site Fashion Consultant role is based at a Da Milano store in Jaipur.

The Fashion

Consultant will engage with customers on the sales floor, offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations aligned with Da Milano’s luxury aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, explaining features and care, and ensuring a high-quality, welcoming store experience. The role involves maintaining product displays, staying up to date with new collections and fashion trends,



and contributing to sales targets through effective client interaction.

The Fashion

Consultant will also handle basic billing support, coordinate with store teammates, and uphold brand standards in grooming and professional conduct.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Knowledge and an interest in luxury leather accessories and fashion trends.
- Candidates should possess Fashion Consulting and styling skills to create looks that reflect customer preferences and brand identity.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and work collaboratively with the store team.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver a courteous, attentive, and personalized in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert consultations into purchases while meeting or exceeding store targets.
- Relevant retail or fashion boutique experience is beneficial, especially in premium or luxury segments.
- A professional appearance, fluency in English and local language, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
