Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain long-term historical failure databases and product performance records.

- Conduct failure analysis, root cause investigations, and reliability assessments for automotive products.

- Analyze warranty data, field failures, and product performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.

- Support AI-driven predictive analytics and data-driven engineering initiatives.

- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for management reviews.

- Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and Customer Support teams.

- Support OEM product development activities and engineering change processes.

- Investigate complex product failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

- Track and monitor reliability KPIs and product performance metrics.

- Ensure data governance, traceability,



and engineering reporting compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Production, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.

- 3+ years of experience in Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, Product Performance, Warranty Analysis, or Quality Engineering.

- Robust knowledge of FMEA, RCA, Statistical Data Analysis, and Product Validation.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and Database Management.

- Understanding of automotive development lifecycle, OEM processes, and engine systems.

- Experience in automotive OEM, Tier-1 supplier, powertrain, engine, or vehicle engineering environment preferred.
