Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, online or hybrid lectures according to the assigned curriculum.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples and effective teaching methods.

- Conduct regular tests and analyse student performance.

- M.Sc., M.A., M.Com., M.Tech., MBA or equivalent degree
- NET, SET, GATE or PhD for higher-education roles
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. for engineering and technology subjects
- Relevant professional qualifications for specialised roles
Candidates from IITs, NITs, IISERs, central universities and other reputed institutions may receive preference for senior competitive-examination roles. Candidates with exceptional subject knowledge, teaching ability and proven results may also be considered based on practical capability.
Experience LevelsFreshers
Fresh graduates and postgraduates with strong subject knowledge, communication and teaching potential may apply for trainee faculty, junior faculty, doubt-solving or content roles.
Experienced Faculty
Candidates with classroom experience, strong student results and expertise in school, board, Foundation, JEE, NEET or Olympiad preparation will be preferred.
Senior Faculty and Academic Leaders
