Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Faculty role for Social Science and English or Social Science and Maths based in Ahmedabad. The Faculty member will design and deliver classroom lessons, prepare teaching materials, and assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring students, providing academic guidance, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and grades. The role also involves participating in curriculum development, collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives, and engaging in school events, parent interactions,



and staff meetings. Faculty members are expected to stay current with subject knowledge and adopt effective teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in for Social Science and English or Social Science and Maths and ability to explain concepts clearly.

Demonstrated classroom management skills and experience creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

Proficiency in lesson planning, student assessment, and use of educational tools or technologies.

Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and colleagues.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or the relevant subject area from an accredited institution.

Prior teaching or tutoring experience in a school or coaching setting is highly preferred.

Commitment to learner-centered teaching, continuous professional development, and ethical academic practices.

Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad and adhere to institutional schedules and policies.
