Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage production records, supervise workers, and ensure smooth coordination between the factory and Head Office. This role is ideal for fresh Diploma Civil Engineers looking to build a career in manufacturing and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records accurately.
- Manage vehicle inward and outward entries.
- Track production activities and material consumption.
- Supervise daily factory and site operations.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to Head Office.
- Monitor material requirements and inform the concerned team in advance.




- Maintain stock records and warehouse operations.
- Handle labor-related issues and ensure smooth workforce management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Support efficient production planning and execution.

Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of production and plant operations.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate activities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work at factory and project sites.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
