Qualifications - Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Printing Technology, Post-Graduation in Operations Management will be the added advantage, - Experience: 10 to 15 years of Experience. Significant background in Label manufacturing, specifically with RFID technology and printed fabric labels Core Responsibilities - Production Oversight: Manage daily operations for RFID inlay insertion, encoding, and the printing of fabric labels to meet high-volume export demands.

- Technical Management: Oversee specialized machinery for PFL (e.g., rotary or flexo printing) and RFID encoding equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and minimal downtime.
- Data Integrity & QC:



Implement rigorous quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in RFID data encoding and print clarity on fabric labels, meeting global retail brand standards.
- Workflow Coordination: Assign responsibilities and prepare schedules for supervisors and operators to hit daily and weekly production targets.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility adheres to international labor laws, safety standards, and environmental certifications (e.g., ISO, SMETA, Oeko-Tex etc). Ensure the - fulfilment of all the factory compliances to face the Social & customer audits time to time.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on production output, efficiency, and progress for senior management in Navi Mumbai or global headquarters.
- Focus on item-level tracking solutions, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and converted labels for retail supply chains.
- Manage various substrates & inks, ensuring colour consistency & wash-fastness across all garment label production.
