Vacancy Details

Factory HR Manager.

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management

Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and employment regulations

Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other applicable regulations

Maintain and monitor compliance records, registers, notices, and documentation as per legal requirements

Strong practical knowledge of Factory Act compliance and factory-related HR activities

Coordinate with government departments, auditors, consultants, and inspectors for compliance matters

Draft, implement, and review HR Policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines

Manage employee onboarding, induction,



confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities

Support disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee relations activities

Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and compliance reports

Conduct internal compliance audits and ensure timely corrective actions

Practical knowledge of ISO standards, documentation, implementation, and audit coordination

Support management in organisational development and process improvement initiatives Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations

Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance and Documentation

Practical understanding of Factory Act requirements

Experience in ISO documentation and audit processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Welfare, or related field.

MBA HR / MSW / MHRM will be preferred.
