About the Role

Lasaki Step Up Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to support our production team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day factory operations including packing, finishing, loading/unloading, and supporting the painting and other production teams. This is a hands-on, ground-level role ideal for someone who is energetic, willing to learn, and takes pride in keeping the work moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the packing team in properly packing finished ceramic pots, vases, and home décor articles for dispatch.
- Help the spray painting team — arranging items before painting, moving painted goods carefully, and keeping the painting area clean and organised.
- Support the finishing team — sanding, cleaning, touching up, or doing surface finishing work on products as instructed.
- Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging material.
- Carry out small day-to-day factory tasks as assigned by the supervisor — arranging stock, cleaning the workspace, shifting materials from one area to another.
- Handle products carefully to avoid breakage or damage at any stage of production.
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Be flexible to assist different teams as per daily production needs.

Requirements

- Minimum education: Class 8 pass (preferred, not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a factory or production environment is preferred but not required — freshers willing to work hard are welcome.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual work throughout the shift.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Basic care for handling fragile goods (ceramic/pottery) is an advantage.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- पैकिंग टीम की मदद करना — तैयार सिरेमिक पॉट्स, वेज़ और होम डेकोर आर्टिकल्स को डिस्पैच के लिए सही तरीके से पैक करना।
- स्प्रे पेंटिंग टीम की सहायता करना — पेंटिंग से पहले सामान सजाना, पेंट किए गए माल को सावधानी से हटाना और पेंटिंग एरिया को साफ व व्यवस्थित रखना।
- फिनिशिंग टीम की मदद करना — सैंडिंग, सफाई, टच-अप करना या निर्देशानुसार प्रोडक्ट्स पर सरफेस फिनिशिंग का काम करना।
- कच्चे माल, तैयार माल और पैकेजिंग सामग्री की लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग में सहायता करना।
- सुपरवाइज़र के निर्देश पर छोटे-छोटे कारखाने के रोज़मर्रा के काम करना — स्टॉक व्यवस्थित करना, काम की जगह साफ करना, एक जगह से दूसरी जगह माल शिफ्ट करना।




- प्रोडक्शन के हर चरण में प्रोडक्ट्स को सावधानी से संभालना ताकि टूट-फूट न हो।
- काम की जगह को हमेशा साफ, व्यवस्थित और सुरक्षित रखना।
- सुपरवाइज़र और टीम लीड के निर्देशों का तुरंत और सकारात्मक रवैये के साथ पालन करना।
- रोज़ की उत्पादन जरूरतों के अनुसार अलग-अलग टीमों की सहायता करने के लिए तैयार रहना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ

- न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 8वीं पास (पसंदीदा, अनिवार्य नहीं)।
- फैक्ट्री या प्रोडक्शन में पहले का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर है, लेकिन नए उम्मीदवार जो मेहनत करने के इच्छुक हैं, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना जरूरी है — पूरी शिफ्ट में शारीरिक काम करने में सक्षम होना।
- जिम्मेदार, समय पर आने वाला और अनुशासित।
- टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने और निर्देशों का पालन करने की क्षमता।
- नाजुक सामान (सिरेमिक/पॉटरी) को संभालने का बुनियादी ध्यान रखना फायदेमंद होगा।
