Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, infrastructure maintenance, AMC, insurance renewals, IT etc.

o Taking care of overall repairing and servicing work like electrical, furniture refurbishments, a/c servicing, water supply, garden maintenance, etc.

o Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

o Monitor and manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. In case of any concerns, raise the issue to get it fixed promptly.

o Managing logistics for on campus & off campus events , school trips.

o Coordinating with security staff to ensure due processes are followed.

o Supporting school with administration work & during marketing activities.

o Taking care of water supply sources and issues, and fixing it promptly.





o Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.

o Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Admin position, preferably in a school set up
- Problem Solver , Ownership mindset, work with Integrity
- Positive negotiation skills
- Experience in setting systems, handling vendors, streamlining things
- Ready to put in extra hours beyond 9 to 6 pm as & when needed
- Strong in Excel / Google sheet
