Position: House Facility Manager

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible House Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a premium residential property. The candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the house, supervise domestic staff, coordinate with vendors, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall maintenance and operations of the residence.
- Supervise housekeeping, cooks, drivers, security personnel, and other domestic staff.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and other household systems.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all indoor and outdoor areas.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle household budgets, expense records, and vendor payments.
- Ensure security systems, CCTV, and fire safety equipment are functioning properly.
- Coordinate guest arrangements, family events,



and hospitality services.
- Monitor utility services and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling family matters.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in residential or luxury home facility management.
- Excellent staff supervision and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of household maintenance and operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic record management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-end residential properties, villas, bungalows, or guest houses.
