We are looking for an experienced Facility / Engineering Manager to oversee facility maintenance, engineering operations, safety, compliance, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams, maintenance activities, vendors, budgets, and facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all facility maintenance and engineering operations to ensure safety, reliability, and smooth functioning.

- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.

- Lead, manage, and mentor engineers, technicians, and maintenance professionals.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure facility activities support organizational requirements.

- Monitor maintenance budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Develop and implement safety procedures and compliance standards as per applicable regulations.

- Conduct regular facility inspections, audits, and equipment performance assessments.

- Manage external contractors, suppliers, AMC vendors, and service providers.





- Coordinate vendor negotiations, project execution, contracts, and maintenance services.

- Identify opportunities for energy conservation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

- Monitor facility performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Prepare and present maintenance reports, project updates, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Ensure timely resolution of facility breakdowns, maintenance issues, and operational challenges.

Qualification
