We are looking for a skilled Facade cum Interior Engineer to join our execution team for high-end, multistoried commercial/IT buildings (G+15). This is a single-point technical ownership role covering the complete building envelope (facade) as well as internal architectural finishes and detailing; ensuring seamless integration between exterior and interior aesthetics, structural performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of facade works: curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, and high-performance glazing systems
- Oversee weatherproofing, thermal performance, and building envelope detailing to meet design and compliance standards
- Manage interior build-out execution: false ceilings, partitions, flooring, and finishes; ensuring design intent is maintained
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and vendors to ensure seamless facade-interior integration
- Review shop drawings, GFC drawings, and technical submittals for facade and interior packages
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag-list closures for both facade and interior scopes
- Ensure execution aligns with project timelines, budgets, and safety standards




- Evaluate and recommend materials/systems balancing aesthetics, performance, and cost efficiency
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for procurement, mock-ups, and installation quality

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in facade engineering and/or interior execution, preferably on high-rise commercial/IT building projects
- Strong knowledge of modern facade systems (curtain wall, ACP, structural glazing) and high-performance glazing technologies
- Sound understanding of weatherproofing systems and building envelope performance
- Experience with interior finishes and detailing for large commercial spaces
- Robust coordination, site execution, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in reading and reviewing technical drawings (AutoCAD/shop drawings)
