Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fabric Coordinator role based in Karur.
The Fabric
Coordinator will manage and track fabric orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of materials for production. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal production teams, and quality control to ensure that fabric specifications, colors, and finishes meet customer and company standards.

Coordinator will maintain accurate records, update fabric databases, and assist in resolving any issues related to fabric quality, delivery schedules, or documentation. The position may also support sampling, follow-up on approvals,
and contribute to continuous improvement in fabric sourcing and utilization processes.
Qualifications
Experience in fabric coordination, textile merchandising, or home textiles production, with strong understanding of fabric types, constructions, and finishes.
Skills in inventory management, order tracking, and documentation, including maintaining fabric records and using basic ERP or inventory software.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams, with explicit communication skills for handling specifications, approvals, and timelines.
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset for checking fabric against standards, managing samples, and supporting quality assurance processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery and production deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion/Textile Design, or related field is preferred; relevant experience in the textile/home furnishings sector is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Karur and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
