Role & responsibilities

1.Distributor Accounting

- Manage distributor collection accounting and reconciliation.
- Prepare and validate distributor commission reports.
- Process commission accounting entries and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with distributors for outstanding balances, claims, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on collection-related issues.

2. Employee Taxation

- Validate monthly salary tax (TDS) calculations.
- Review and process employee investment declarations.
- Compute and validate employee income tax liability.
- Prepare quarterly tax data for return filing and statutory compliance.
- Generate and verify Form 16 for employees.
- Maintain employee taxation and related master data in SAP.

3. Fixed Assets Management

- Create and maintain Fixed Asset Master records.
- Process asset accounting transactions and capitalization entries.
- Calculate and verify monthly depreciation.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets.
- Coordinate asset tagging and maintain asset registers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements related to fixed assets.





Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Distributor Accounting, Employee Taxation, and Fixed Assets Management preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI, SD, HR modules).
- Good understanding of Income Tax provisions related to employee taxation.
- Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting and Capitalization processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, data analysis).
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
