Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation
- Greet customers and understand their eye care and eyewear requirements.
- Explain different types of lenses, frames, coatings, and vision correction options.
- Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their face shape, lifestyle, and budget.
- Recommend appropriate eyewear solutions based on prescriptions and customer preferences.
Sales and Customer Service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote and cross-sell eyewear products, contact lenses, and accessories.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Prescription and Order Management
- Verify customer prescriptions and coordinate with optometrists when required.
- Accurately process eyewear and contact lens orders.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of customer records.
- Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and eye care products.
- Educate customers on proper eyewear and contact lens usage and maintenance.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Store Operations
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Required Qualifications
- 12th or Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-7 years of experience in eyewear retail, optical stores, or customer service roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
