Designation : Export Sales Manager

Location: Nagpur

Reporting To: Director

Experience: 3–5 years in export sales

Industry Preference: Glass Tiles, ceramics, furniture, paint, or related building-materials sectors

Salary : As per Experience and Industry Standards

About the Role

You’ll take charge of our export business end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where you lead strategy, drive numbers, build distributor relationships, and open new markets. You will work directly with the Directors and shape the company’s global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

- Own export sales targets across multiple regions and product lines.
- Build, manage, and grow distributor and importer networks.
- Identify new territories and execute market-entry strategies.
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts.
- Track market trends, competitor activity,



and customer demand.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Oversee documentation: LC, BL, COO, invoices, packing lists, and export compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3–5 years of proven export sales experience.
- Strong understanding of global distribution channels in tiles/ceramics/furniture/paint.
- Ability to manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles.
- Clear communication, data-driven decision-making, and solid commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with export logistics, incoterms, and documentation workflows.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
