: Export Marketing Manager

Location: Charniroad

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Education: Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business; MBA

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement export marketing strategies to expand international business.

Identify and develop new overseas markets, customers, agents, and distributors.

Handle international enquiries and negotiate commercial terms.

Coordinate with production, planning, QA, logistics, and finance teams for export order execution.

Ensure compliance with export documentation, INCOTERMS, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual client meetings.

Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and global demand trends.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in export marketing or international sales.

Strong knowledge of export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL,



COO, LC, etc.).

Good understanding of INCOTERMS, payment terms, and international logistics.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, CRM, and email communication.

Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in engineering, stainless steel, pipes, tubes, or industrial products.

Exposure to Middle East, Europe, USA, or Southeast Asia export markets.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Prospect to handle global customers and international markets.
