Role Description The Export Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This position supports daily export operations for dehydrated fruit powder, including preparing and maintaining export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and tracking shipments. The role involves communicating with customers and internal teams to handle inquiries, update order status, and resolve operational issues.

The Export

Assistant helps ensure compliance with international trade regulations, assists with documentation for customs and regulatory authorities, and maintains accurate records in company systems. The role may also support basic market research,



price inquiries, and coordination with suppliers to align production and dispatch schedules.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Export processes to manage shipping, customs, and regulatory paperwork accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Import Export to understand global trade practices, incoterms, and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with buyers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
