Role: Experience Consultant

Location: Remote (Full-time)

Compensation: ₹25,000 fixed + performance-based incentives (upto 75% of fixed)

At SafarnamaForLife, people don’t just book an event — they commit to an experience, a vibe, and a social atmosphere they haven’t seen yet. That’s why this role is one of the most important parts of the company. We’re looking for an Experience Consultant who can turn curiosity into confidence.

Someone who can understand people, guide them toward the right experience for themselves, and help them genuinely feel comfortable and excited about joining a SafarnamaForLife event. You’ll be the first real interaction people have with the brand. Through calls and conversations, you’ll help potential guests understand the energy of the event, the kind of crowd attending,



the inclusions, the format, and what they can expect from the experience overall.

This role goes far beyond traditional sales. You’re not just selling tickets — you’re setting expectations, building trust, creating anticipation, and helping people visualize the experience before they even arrive. Your communication directly impacts guest satisfaction, event energy, and the overall success of every SafarnamaForLife gathering.

The ideal person for this role is socially intelligent, emotionally aware, confident on calls, and naturally good at making people feel comfortable. Someone who understands how to read personalities, build excitement, and leave a solid impression through conversation alone. What you’ll do:

Speak with leads coming from Instagram and other channels

Understand what kind of experience they’re looking for

Explain event concepts, crowd vibe, inclusions, and pricing

Guide guests toward the right event for their personality and plans

Build trust and comfort with potential attendees

Maintain follow-ups and convert interest into confirmed participation

Represent the SafarnamaForLife experience through every interaction Who we’re looking for:

Strong communication and conversational skills

Fluent in English (and regional languages)

Naturally social, expressive, and confident

Good emotional intelligence and people understanding

Ability to create excitement and comfort through conversation

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus At SafarnamaForLife, the experience starts long before the event begins — and this role is responsible for creating that feeling.
