Role & responsibilities

- Generate Sales Orders (SO) in Tally and coordinate with the Production (PPIC) team.

- Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation including:

- Commercial Invoice

- Packing List

- Bill of Lading (BL)

- Air Way Bill (AWB)

- Letter of Credit (LC)

- Other export-related documents

- Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers.

- Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade policies.

- Handle Letter of Credit (LC), bank documentation, BRC, and export payment documentation.

- Track international shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.

- Coordinate with domestic and overseas customers through email and other communication channels.

- Obtain freight quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize shipping arrangements.

- Plan container stuffing and coordinate empty container pickup.





- Follow up with the factory regarding shipment readiness and dispatch schedules.

- Maintain export records and prepare reports using ERP, Excel, and internal software.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.

- Good understanding of Letters of Credit (LC), BRC, and banking formalities.

- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Tally.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Robust coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
