We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Brand Experience Designer to create high-impact 3D environments for exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, product launches, brand activations, and retail experiences. The ideal candidate will combine robust visual design with an understanding of branding, visitor flow, fabrication, and event production.

Responsibilities

- Develop 3D concepts for exhibition booths, pavilions, stages, kiosks, registration areas, product display zones, and branded experiences.

- Create photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, presentation visuals, and concept options.

- Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and fabrication drawings for production.

- Translate brand guidelines and client briefs into distinctive spatial experiences.

- Incorporate graphics, lighting, AV, materials, furniture, structures, and interactive elements.

- Coordinate with creative, production, vendors, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility.

- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

- Ensure consistency between concept, visualization, technical drawings, and execution.





- Stay informed about exhibition trends, new materials, digital experiences, and visualization technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design, or a related field.

- 4-12 years of experience in exhibition design, event design, retail design, experiential marketing, or event production.

Technical Proficiency

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Photoshop.

- Strong understanding of booth fabrication, material specifications, spatial planning, and production detailing.

- Knowledge of Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, AI-assisted visualization, motion graphics, AR/VR, lighting design, or multimedia is an added advantage.

Skills Competencies

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- A strong portfolio of exhibition, event, stage, or brand experience projects is mandatory.
