- Digital Forex Center (Foreign Exchange-Contact Center) - Sales

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales

1. Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries regarding foreign exchange, forex cards, remittances, and travel-related services.

2. Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales by identifying customer needs and offering the right solutions.

3. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and process guidance.

4. Ensure smooth transaction handling and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

5. Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines as per company standards.

6. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and quality targets.

7. Need to deliver the conversion parameter as per the target shared.

8. Customer database to be created in the CRM with accurate remarks of each transaction.

Outbound Sales

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate current business and upsell/cross-sell forex services.

2. Follow up on leads, prospects, and previous inquiries to maximize conversion rates.





3. Promote seasonal offers, new products, and value-added services proactively.

4. Build long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.

5. Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines as per company standards.

6. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and quality targets.

7. Need to deliver the conversion parameter as per the target shared.

8. Customer database to be created in the CRM with accurate remarks of each transaction.

General Duties

1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both inbound and outbound activities.

2. Maintain proper documentation and update customer details in CRM systems.

3. Deliver outstanding customer service, professionalism, and communication at all times.

4. Collaborate with the team to meet collective goals and support overall business growth.
