Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building strong candidate pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring.

- Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports.





- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.

- Experience hiring for technical and/or non-technical roles.

- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
