Role & responsibilities

- Support the execution of global marketing strategies for the Gastro & Pulmo Vascular Care portfolio, with primary focus on Gastroenterology.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.

- Adapt global marketing materials and campaigns to suit regional market requirements.

- Develop and coordinate promotional materials such as brochures, visual aids, presentations, digital content, and other marketing collaterals.

- Coordinate closely with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

- Support HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement and disease awareness initiatives.

- Prepare product training presentations and marketing inputs in collaboration with Medical Affairs.

- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.

- Support current product launches and product lifecycle management activities across international markets.

- Coordinate with country managers, regional marketing teams, medical, regulatory, and creative teams for successful execution of marketing plans.





- Track implementation of regional marketing activities and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.

- Support strategic portfolio expansion initiatives and special marketing projects across selected international markets.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA (Marketing) with B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D or Life Sciences background.

- 34 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is mandatory.

- Mandatory experience in Gastroenterology therapy. Exposure to Pulmonology or Vascular Care is an added advantage.

- Experience in international marketing or emerging markets will be preferred.

- Good understanding of brand management, product promotion, and market analysis.

- Experience in developing promotional materials and product training content.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing presentation tools.
