- Develop and design training content for solar PV systems, products, and technologies.
- Conduct in office, hands-on training sessions for solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and schedule training programs to meet organizational needs.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, solar technologies, and state/central government policies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external trainers to ensure quality and consistency in training.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, progress, and evaluations.
- Travel to various locations to deliver tailored training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training objectives with business and project goals.
- Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, new developments, and industry trends.

Expertise in Solar Energy: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including PV technology, installation, and maintenance.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience of 3-5 years in content development, training, or technical roles in solar or related industries.
- Experience of 1-2 years in solar system installation and maintenance.
- Proficient in Power Point, Excel, MS Word etc.
- Willingness to travel frequently to training locations.
- Familiarity with government regulations on solar energy in India.
- Specialized solar certifications.â
