Key Responsibilities (Updated):

- Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support timely material dispatch.

- Receive customer orders and ensure accurate entry and processing for production release.

- Share Expected Date of Delivery (EDD) updates with the Sales Team and Customers as guided by seniors.

- Track pending orders and follow up internally to support timely order fulfillment.

- Assist in order prioritization and share requirements with the PPC team.

- Attend customer calls and support in handling priority or urgent requirements.

- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to short/excess material, dispatch delays, and transportation issues.

- Support release of process orders based on truck availability, loading capacity, and stock position.

- Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for smooth material movement, dispatches, and loading activities.

- Correct material as per dispatch plan





- Proper quantity and packing
- Secure loading practices and adherence to safety norms

- Ensure timely placement of vehicles and coordination during loading to avoid dispatch delays.

- Maintain and update daily stock and dispatch reports.

- Support warehouse operations including material movement, loading supervision, and dispatch documentation.

- Assist in export dispatch coordination, container stuffing activities, and related documentation.

- Ensure coordination with Quality, Sales, PPC, Production, and HR for smooth operational flow.

- Participate in department initiatives related to 5S, WCM, QMS, and Safety.

- Assist in SAP activities, including order tracking, stock updates, and FG material-related support.
