Role Description The Executive Officer will oversee key business operations, support strategic planning, and ensure effective coordination across departments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad, responsible for managing daily administration, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The person in this role will assist in budgeting and resource allocation, prepare reports for senior leadership, and help drive initiatives related to production, supply chain, and sales support.

They will maintain communication with internal teams and external partners,



ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and contribute to the development of growth strategies.

The Executive

Officer is expected to act as a central point of contact, enabling smooth operational execution and supporting leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong business administration and operations management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple functions effectively.

Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to support organizational goals.
