This HR Executive is supportive role in manages the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit (H2R), ensuring accurate documentation and system entries. They oversee shift management, attendance tracking, and coordinate with technical teams for system and equipment maintenance. Role & responsibilities
- Candidate should have experience in Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruitment.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Find active and passive candidates using professional networks, social platforms, and databases.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate structured interviews or skills tests.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through online channels
- Managing interview processes and negotiating job offers
- Manage new employee joining formalities, documentation, and verification.
- Ensure accurate employee punch registration,
lunch card, uniform, and locker issuance.
- Maintain trackers for locker card, dormitory, and uniform issuance.
- Maintain and organize all employee related documents
