Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, qualification, and maintenance of plant equipment and utilities, Vendor Management, Purchase of Engineering Items.
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, layouts, and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor development, RFQs, technical evaluations, Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project execution and material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during project execution.
- Monitor utility systems such as HVAC, Water Systems, Compressed Air, and other engineering services.
- Prepare project documentation, validation support documents,
and engineering reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams for smooth project implementation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
3-6 years of experience in Projects & Engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, engineering documentation, procurement, and project execution.
Valuable understanding of GMP, utility systems, equipment installation, and validation support.
