Qualification Graduate in Commerce (B.Com),

Master’s in Finance / Commerce / MBA (Finance preferred)

Job Overview We are hiring a Da ta Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for our Staffing / Services business . This role will be responsible for revenue and cost analysis, P&L; preparation, budgeting, MIS reporting, and management financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform revenue analysis including Unbilled revenue, Billings, and Client profitability
- Conduct detailed cost analysis (employee costs, overheads, project-wise margins)
- Prepare and analyze monthly P&L; statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards




- Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
- Work closely with business, sales, and operations teams to support decision-making

Skills & Requirements

- Strong experience in FP&A;, MIS, and financial reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- IF conditions
- Pivot Tables & Charts
- Knowledge of Excel Macros and SQL is an added advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Industry Preference

- Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Consulting, IT Services, or Service-based organizations preferred
