- Reduce the scrap % to the minimum possible.

- Manpower Planning (shift)

- Production Supervision
- Smart utilization of resources to yield their durability.
- Machine wise output as per grade and PPC requirement.
- Attending product related irregulates.
- To provide necessary guidelines to shift supervisors & operators and helpers.
- Breakdown slip & Logbook
- IMS & 5s Implementation.
- Shift wise production accounting.
- Keep plant equipment ready to use & presentable
- Quarterly Stock Tracking & Inventory Control
- Raw material and finished positive stock accounting & co-ordination with supporting departments
- Controlling irregularity in day-by-day operation
