Role & responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform impact analysis for business enhancements, regulatory changes, and new initiatives.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Product, Operations, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design, SIT, UAT, implementation, and production rollout activities.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions.
- Provide functional support during testing and production issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve policy servicing processes and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with business, regulatory,



and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience in Life Insurance (Policy Servicing).
- Strong understanding of policy servicing processes within a Policy Administration System (PAS).
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and testing lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business users, technology teams, QA teams, and external vendors.
