Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Hot Forming production operations for syringe manufacturing.

Drive production planning, yield improvement, machine maintenance, and process optimization.

Monitor key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, downtime, and changeover efficiency.

Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, CAPA, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, SCM, Utility, Stores, and HR for seamless operations.

Lead customer and regulatory audits while ensuring audit readiness.

Manage manpower planning, team development, workplace safety, and 5S implementation.

Prepare production MIS reports and analyze operational trends for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

8-12 years of experience in Glass Manufacturing.

Solid expertise in Production Operations, Glass Technology, TPM, Process Improvement, and Manpower Management.

Green Belt Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
