The Civil Site Head shall lead all civil construction activities for utility-scale solar projects including foundations, internal roads, drainage systems, control buildings, inverter stations and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete civil execution.
- MMS and tracker foundation works.
- Control room and inverter room construction.
- Pooling station civil works.
- Internal roads.
- Storm water drainage.
- Quantity verification.
- Concrete quality monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical teams.
- Resolve site execution issues.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years experience.
- Experience in utility-scale solar projects exceeding 100 MW.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, structural foundations and infrastructure works.
- Experience in contractor management.
- Ability to manage multiple civil packages simultaneously.
