- Work experience 12 to 18 years;
- Team/ People management experience of minimum 4 years;
- The AM will lead a team of 14-18 Inside sales representatives;
- Valuable understanding and hands-on experience in international sales, preferably in the US market. Ability to work effectively with onshore sales teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management, outbound sales strategies, opportunity tracking, and CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Should have clean exits and documents from the previous organisations worked.
