Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems using Rockwell Automation platforms.
- Program and troubleshoot ControlLogix, CompactLogix, GuardLogix, and MicroLogix controllers.
- Develop and modify FactoryTalk View SE/ME applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot PowerFlex drives, industrial networks, and communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and DeviceNet.
- Perform system commissioning, startup, FAT, SAT, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation including functional specifications, I/O lists, network architecture, and test reports.
- Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and project teams.
- Participate in automation upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for project execution.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.
- 25 years of experience in industrial automation with robust exposure to Rockwell Automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk View, RSLinx, and PowerFlex drives.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication networks and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as Steel, Tyre, Metals, Power, or Process Plants.
- Knowledge of safety PLCs, motion control systems, and industrial cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and customer support.
