Candidate Specification:

- Any Graduate , 6+ years of Experience
- Job Description : Administer and maintain DB2 databases on IBM z/OS platforms.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries and access paths.
- Execute REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, LOAD, UNLOAD, and related DB2 utilities
- Monitor, manage, and support enterprise batch workloads using CA-ESP Workload Automation.
- Navigate and support activities in Mainframe environments using TSO/ISPF.
- Understand and participate in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing activities.
- Configure, administer, and support IBM Sterling Connect: Direct environments.
- Configure and manage IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
- Maintain routing channels, mailbox configurations, and business processes.
- Monitor and manage enterprise batch processing using CA ESP Scheduler.
